Digital Printing

It is understood by digital print any printing system in which the image is generated from a digital file and is transferred directly to a printer that can be digital offset, laser, dye sublimation or inkjet.
The digital offset printing is often requested when a small run of copies, but with high quality, is required.
Currently, digital printing, responds to virtually all products of the printing industry as well as allows them to be attached to this equipment system running a number of complementary activities, such as folding and cutting vinyl for the production of adhesives, among others.

Offset Printing

The work is directed to the printing machine that is destined.
In this department there are 15 print heads.

  • 2 machines 4 colors
  • 3 machines in 2 colors
  • 1 machine in 1 color

We acquired a new printing machine (Roland 300) which allowed for faster flow of print jobs, with the aim of customer satisfaction.
The Roland 300 is the only machine in the south of the country with the greatest ability to print in 50x70cm format.

This 4-color machine, combines quality with fast print work, and its main characteristics are:

  • Automated greenhouse for drying paint or varnish;
  • Capacity up to 16,000 sheets per hour;
  • Automatic Measurement and Control System of color;
  • Integrated File System Print.

Management Software for Graphics
Through this new software all the information of the graphic is computerized, facilitating the entire process of job control from input to its output.

Typographic Print

The typographic relief printing is the oldest printing process.
The process was born in China during the fifth century after Christ.
But it was in Europe specifically in Germany that Gutenberg (1395 - 1468) began the art of printing with movable type introducing the typographical method.
The Bible of 42 lines was an example of the potential of typographical printing.
The typographical method consists of a processof an ink transfer to paper process.
An ink layer is last in the embossed areas which in turn is transferred directly to the paper by pressure.
The coincident press of the matrix is composed of a mixed or not, of types of mobile, pictures etc ... .

The print has certain characteristics that are easily
identified, such as:

  • Relief in printing, due to the printing method being direct
  • Some runoff in tips or in the finest fillets
  • Lack of common gradients in OFFSET

Is now used in Cutting and Creasing

  • Perforation
  • Special cut
  • Numeration

Finishing

Given the color to the paper, it becomes therefore necessary to correct the shape.
At this stage of the work already printed, it becomes important the finishings.
In this sense we are equipped to carry out the following finishing:

  • Special cutting;
  • General or localized offset varnish, UV varnish;
  • Matte or gloss lamination
  • High or low reliefs
  • Hot Stamping
  • Fold, Cut and Crease
  • Staple, glue and sewn
  • Finished with rings

In this department we have: 3 Guillotines, 2 Folding machines, 2 Collate machines which interleave, join them and staple them toghether (22 stations in total), 1 Gluing machine and 1 Sewing by line machine.
We leverage the printing machines for cutting, creasing, numbering, hot stamping, using the technique of zinc engravings for printing high and low relief.
We perform the bagging of works with due sender, personalized, for the purpose of mailing, entrusting the Gráfica Comercial of its delivery in CTT.
